Location, Location

This is a very clean hotel. The staff try very hard to keep it that way. The location was great for us. Right across the road was Chinatown with a plethora of restaurants and take out food shops. Ten minutes walk took us to the harbour with gardens and sites. There is a tour bus stop right in front of the hotel. Also a airport bus stop. Our only complaint was the beds were too firm and the pillows too soft.

Rooms are clean but dated. Breakfast is quite good. Soundproofing of room is good as you cannot hear guest next door. Hotel is very strict and would not allow early check-in. In terms of location, while there are many shops selling chinese food, there are no shopping malls or convenience store nearby. Subway station is also quite a distance away.

The hotel is at a very convenience location, with short walking distance to a beautiful park and ocean breeze. It is near by bus stops and MTR. But the decor is a little old and outdated. The staff is helpful.
