1 room heater wasnt working-maintenance came and changed battery still didnt work, key card quit workng in the other room. Remote didnt turn on or off the tv toilets were loose- when sitting down it falls forward when getting up it falls backwards, breakfast wasnt ideal either. There wasnt any kind of eggs,bacon,toast. There was just waffels, ceral and some yogurt. Staff was great tho

There is no shower door-- the floor got soaked and then was slippery. I have 2 small chicldren that slipped and fell. No room phone to call front desk. The water park was not open and the lap pool had chipped paint in the water. The carpet in the main entranced was soiled-- not a good first impression walking in. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful.

The staff is amazing, their kindness and honesty (I left my cc in the pizza resturaunt) made us stay a second night instead of leaving and asking for a refund. The hotel rooms are in dire need of a reno. The carpets are grimy and the smell of the ac transferred to our clothing and luggaged. The bedding was as comfortable as you'd expect and the sheets were clean but had holes in them. The water temp was warm enough and I couldn't figure out how to use the cable tv. It turned on and I could control the volume but nothing else. We had our ipad so we didn't care to ask for help figuring it out. The kids loved the water park and the pizza was good tho a little pricey. I'd go for the water park but stay somewhere cleaner. I honestly feel bad for the staff, they deserve better. Such sweet hardworking people.

I rented a suite bc we had 5 people and pulled out the bed in the couch, it was broken and no one could sleep on the bed. The person woke up with a back ache the next morning. The water park and the pizza were a hit tho. Was disappointed tho.

Check in, restaurant, water park was great! Staff was friendly. With the amount of kids in the hotel - it was quiet. Showers in the room...could use alot of improvemet...water spilling out of our shower, water never really got warm enough for comfort.

When I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk. Apparently the person who was there quit and left the facility and the manager had to come back. I waited about 45 minutes. The manager was very kind and efficient and did a great job, kudos to her! My family had a great time and life guards were a great amenity!

Kids loved the water park inside, suite was spacious and comfortable, air conditions worked great, beds were soft and pillows were too fluffy for our liking. The room we had had wet carpet around the exterior wall that the showers was on upon entering but staff tried to accommodate to get us a different room but there wasn’t one. They gave me a bunch of towels to put down on the floor so it wasn’t so wet and they refunded my money for the night. Overall was an ok place to stay for family. Do not recommend the restaurant inside, food was overpriced and was not very good.

We stopped for the night to break up our long drive across the country. Our room was awesome and the teenagers loved the pool and slides. Highly recommend the little bit extra money to get their suite, so much room, especially after being cooped up in a vehicle for so long. The staff were all very nice that we encountered. We enjoyed the arcade and the restaurant as well. The price was reasonable all around and the pizzas we had we great! Mixed and matched different pizza types/flavors half and half! The pool area was clean and fun for everyone. Only conmplaint there was the temperature of the area was like a sauna! Overall great stay and would come back to stay again!

My son found a cockroach in his room. Our showers had cold water only, they closed the pool area at 9:00 during the summer, no creamer for coffee at breakfast (I evern asked someone and they said they had no creamer) and they stop letting people make waffles. The staff was very nice and very helpful when needed - we really appreciated that. The pool area was very humid and warm, not sure if it was supposed to be that warm. The price of around $80 was very good however. Lots of places to get drinks and fill water bottles
