I have stayed at this hotel before. However, they have changed their door key system since I30 was there last. I lhad to have the room keys re-set 3x in less than 24 hrs. The keys did not hold their magnetism, even when left overnight on the dresser!! really inconvenient!!!

Our first room had a strong methane/gas odor. I believe it was room 225 or 2 something. It had ocean view but the odor was unbearable. They had all windows open... They quickly switched us to another room but please fix that!
