I always have a great experience every single time that I stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious and very fresh. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfy.

This is a very good hotel checking in and out was perfect. Friendly staff , very clean and perfect location. The only thing is parts of the building that needs to be painted and fixed. Other than that a very good hotel to stay in Monterrey, very close to everything.

Pros: The hotel is close proximity to Macroplaza. The staff was very responsive to our needs when we called to ask for something. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: The hotel is out dated and needs some remodeling and fixing. Our shower had very low pressure and leaked all over while we showered. For a weekend trip, wasn't bad. I would stay again.

Definitivamente al hotel NO le gusta que reservemos por la aplicación, ya que me dieron una habitación casi en el abandono, la tina con rastro de oxido, la regadera un vil tubo el escusado se novia jajaja, la persiana de la ventana rota y no funcionaba. Marque a recepción y me comentaron que no había personal de mantenimiento para arreglar la regadera, así es que me bañe con el chorrito que salía. al hacer el check out quise que quedara registrada en la bitácora de recepción mi queja y simplemente se negaron hacerlo. HAY MEJORES HOTELES EN MONTERREY POR EL PRECIO DE ESTE. INVITADO A NO REGRESAR
