I loved the peace and quiet and the fact that this is a historic building. I enjoyed reading the plaques with information on the history of the different areas. There is nothing that I especially disliked. Just some minor things to improve in the room.

El hotel no muestra información precisa en Expedia. Por ejemplo, no señala que la habitación por la que uno paga no está dentro de la hacienda, sino que hay que ir en coche para llegar a la habitación. Mencionan que tienen servicios que no tienen, como el de billar. Y al hacer el check exigen que uno abra la cajuela del coche, y le toman fotos a la misma. Supuestamente para que uno no se robe nada. Eso es una invasión a la privacidad y es invasivo. Pondré una queja ante las instancias competentes. Por último, en el baño solo colocan dos toallas (cuando se trata de una habitación para cuatro personas), un mini envase de shampoo y un mini jabón. Lo cual, evidentemente, es insuficiente.

La recepcionista fue grosera. Y 11:05 am ya tenia mensajes amenazantes de que tenia que desocupar la propiedad, que mandaría a alguien para desalojo y retirado de llaves, cuando todo alrededor estaba vacío, ninguna villa ocupada. No entendí su urgencia. Nosotros ya no estabamos en la habitación. Andabamos averiguando el tema de llaves. Nos las pidió un joven,después otro en la entrada del fraccionamiento a quien se la dimos pero nos dijo que teniamos que hacer check out, acudimos y nos regresaron por las llaves. Mala organización y pésima atención. Una lástima que por ellos no desee regresar a una propiedad tan limpia y bonita. Los únicos que nos trataron bien fue el mesero en el.restaurante, eso si, su cocina riquísima y buenos vinos.

Nos tocó habitación en los bungalows, nos gustó mucho aunque un poco lejos de las amenidades. Desayuno Buffet bueno, variado. Las dos cosas que no nos gustaron fue que no hay área de juegos para niños, solo unos jueguitos en el Restaurante, y la otra que llegamos temprano para aprovechar todo lo que ofrece el hotel pero literal hasta las 3 pm nos entregaron el cuarto y no nos ofrecieron algún lugar para guardar cosas,l.

Le falta calidad en el servicio, si llegas tarde el vigilante primero te deja perderte después te ayuda, las camas son incómodas, no hay room service después de las 1030 pm, aunque marcas a la recepción y les dices que te comuniquen a room service, te comunican pero ya después te explican que no te contestan porque no hay servicio…..
