There were bed bugs and cigarette burns in the mattress. We spoke to the manager and they committed to a refund. This is a stand alone motel using the franchise name but does not live up to the franchise standards

Hair everywhere in the room, stains on bed and as an added bonus every piece of furniture you touch is sticky, God knows what was on it. Although our room itself was smoke free, but the entire lobby and corridor had a thick stench of cigarette smokes. The only good factor was the service of the front desk folks. Definitely avoid it, if with a family.

I can't believe you promote this place for people to stay with their families. It smelled awful (weed and just dirty). The room (for 4 people) was the size of a closet and the only closet in the room had a desk and a chair in it. They didn't turn the air conditioning on ahead of our arrival and it felt like it was 100 degrees in there. We sat for 5 minutes trying to get the tv on and it would not connect. After 10 minutes we all started feeling ill so we just walked out and left the key on the front desk. Without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever been to.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. when I asked the front desk about how are the rooms he said subpar when walking down the hall to the room it reminded me of the shining. We opened the door seen the stained comforter and walked back to the front desk and refused to stay and wanted a refund instantly. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Please go a book somewhere else before you show up and decide to go somewhere else once seeing it !

We ended up not staying. The parking lot had garbage everywhere. We could see the blinds were broken in the room windows from the outside, the outside of the building looked like it was fallinv apart.

The building is in rough shape. In my room the paint was peeling off the walls, the bathroom mirror was on the floor and there wasn’t any hangers in the closet. I would never recommend this place

Travelodge by Wyndham in London, ON is DISCUSTING.

We drove up to what looked like a run down saloon, ie: the picture shown, that is the front of this place, but the wood was all weather distressed. It was 90 degrees outside and 100 degrees in the "lobby", no air conditioning. The odor of the "lobby" and hallway to get to the room was stinky, and old carpeting that looked like it had been there for 20 years and never shampooed. There is no elevator to get to the rooms, and I have a walker. They gave us a room at the end of a very long hall. Once we got to the room our entrance card had no where to strike, and the frame around the door was 1 inch away from the door, not very secure to say the least. We went back to tell them there was no way the "key" they gave us could work as there was nothing to strike, and the girl said, "oh right, that room takes a metal key". We demanded our $100.00 deposit back, did get it, but because we reserved the room on line, our credit card would be billed for a stay we did not have. The fact that Travelodge would allow their name on such a run down, unkept, unairconditioned , trashy looking place "hotel" is just horrifying. Shame on Travelodge, this was unacceptable.

This place was nasty , dirty, smelly and cold, the place is smelly with smoking scent like they smoke in the room, the pillow case had soil on it, i was sick in the coughing because the odour was too much !! I hate it
