It was a very busy weekend in Moab. We were glad to have a place they let us check in early, so we understand that other things get overlooked with.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location in Moab, and within walking distance to many eateries and shops. Our bathroom was a little dirty (hair on the floor), but other than that everything was fine.

Pulling up and seeing the dumpster out front, I was deflated. However, our room was decent and almost comfortable.
The pool and jacuzzi were ok, area needs maintenance.
Great location.

Perfect location ..walk anywhere downtown easily, it was clean and quiet. Perfect for EJS. But old and plumbing was sketchy.

The room was nice and clean. The shower had a double shower head which was nice but the tub was slow to drain. Also, our neighbors were fighting and cursing outside of their room every evening during our 3 night stay which was annoying.

Check-in is officially at 4 pm. But I arrived a bit early and the front-desk lady had no interest in checking me in...I'm sure all the rooms were not magically turned over between 3:59 and 4:00. She was simply grumpy and unmotivated, expecting the late-afternoon crew to show up at 4:00 and have to deal with the customers. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints there

No clean towels were offered… no maid service between days… toilet had rust residue resembling a toilet that had long standing water in it… needed cleaning.

I thought the woman at the desk was a bit curt. She did her job, but wasn't friendly. She didn't even smile. Room was fine, things were clean. I told the desk when we were leaving that the toilet didn't flush very well, and they were going to look into it.
