First take notice that this hotel does accept animals. Nice place for golf players, not for normal tourist. For one night ok, not for longer, as our room was lacking of electricy sockets - just one in bathroom... Shower means floding whole bathroom. Loud machinę was working whole night under our window. Lots of human hair in bathroom and tea cups also.

Better beds and service needed!

Fantastic place with huge potential. But in a very special room only fold-out sofas are available for a special price. Very friendly and helpful front desk but the restaurant is a challenge. Very tasty food but service is really low. For our table, we've got 3 dishes almost one hour earlier then the rest of our group. The late meals arrived only after the intervention. Terribly sad. A specially some new guests had been served with no hours restrictions (full service with drinks and coffee -earlier rejected due to disabled! coffee machine, more than 30 minutes before the restaurants closing hours.

Schöne Anlage und Haupthaus, Whirlpool Nutzung war auch außerhalb der offiziellen Zeiten (16-20 Uhr) möglich. Größe der Unterkunft mit Schlafzimmer, kleinem Wohnzimmer mit Couch sowie eine Terrasse. Zimmer war im Haus am See, das nicht in der Weinformation dargestellt wurde. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher waren nicht vorhanden. Kühlschrank würde erst auf Initiative der polnischen Zimmernachbarn bereitgestellt. Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht. Frühstück sehr eingeschränkt in der Auswahl, Honig würde erst auf Nachfrage bereitgestellt. Minigolfplatz nicht gut instantgehalten.

Varaustamme ei löytynyt heidän järjestelmästä (varaus vahvistettu ja etukäteen maksettu). Clubhouse huoneisto käsitti kaksi huonetta, ei ilmastointia, ei pimennysverhoja, ei jääkaappia (nämä piti siis olla), ei televisiota, huonosti toimiva wifi. Englannin kielen taitoista palvelua vain vastaanotossa, siitä huolimatta asiakaspalvelu erinomaista. Piha-alue ja rakennukset hyvässä kunnossa, siistit ja viehättävät. Aamiainen kohtuullinen. Lähialueella ei palveluita.

Lovely setting

This was a last minute booking and great value for money. The hotel looks stunning in the images, but if you are drawn to the vintage style rooms make sure that you request a room on the lower floor in the ‘palace’ building - the rooms in the top floor are all contemporary in decor.

Die Unterkunft hält was sie auf den Bildern verspricht. Es handelt sich um liebevoll hergerichtete Zimmer, man fühlt sich in der Zeit zurückversetzt. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Fernseher, was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Das Essen entspricht internationalem Standard. Das Spa haben wir nicht besucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Deutsch und Englisch kommt man klar. Der Golfplatz ist in gutem Zustand und von den weißen Abschlägen, trotz einer Gesamtlänge von nur 5400 Metern, eine echte Herausforderung. Er bietet abwechslungsreiche Spielbahnen, viele Doglegs und blinde Schläge. Die Grüns waren spurtreu, schnell und stark onduliert. Es gibt reichlich Wasserhindernisse. Der Palac Brzezno ist ein Kleinod mit fantastischem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das wir gern wieder besuchen wollen.

Witam, obiekt jest bardzo interesujący, ze wspaniałe urządzonym spa, jednak w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu recepcja powinna być czynna cała dobę a wystrój powinien być nienaganny, tymczasem w pokojach meble są dość zaniedbane i widać po nich brak troski, co psuje wrażenie. Brak też " gospodarskiego oka" w otoczeniu parku ( połamane mostki i martwe ryby w jeziorku).
