The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We liked staying here whenever we visit NYC as the location is great especiallyif using tge subway, but as soon as you step out to 42nd Street there homeless sleeping and feces on the sidewalk now.

Our family (9 of us) took a trip from Delaware to NYC. We chose the Hyatt as it was close to Penn Station, and it was afforadable for all of us, as we had to get 3 rooms. The hotel is immaculate, the staff that helped us was very friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful and very eager to answer any questions and offer helps! We will definitely go back!

The location is great! The room was spacious and clean. Everything was functioning correctly, with the exception of keeping the water temperature regulated in the shower. Also, the elevators are slow! Otherwise, it's a great place ... and we would stay there again.
