I was impressed with the hotel. Really nice rooms very comfortable beds beautiful room with an incredible view like most San Francisco hotels in the downtown area a fair amount of street noise, sirens, garbage trucks, etc. but that’s what you get. If you’re a sound sleeper or you put on earbuds of some sort you’ll have no problems.

Very nice hotel! Right in Union Square. Beds were very hard and pillows kind of sucked. But overall the rooms were nice and very clean. We were on the 29th floor which was a cool view Parking is horrible and because we have a bigger truck they couldn’t valet it and had no idea how to help us and just kind of left us to figure it out, Thankfully we found ONE garage down the street that took bigger vehicles (thanks ChatGPT for finding it).
