Great location but rooms need a remodel!

Our bed was great! The hotel outside was very nice. Worn and dirty carpet, broken shades! The shades are broken on the two bedroom windows. So the bedroom was dark and had no outside light. If our stay had been for more than one night I would have ask ed to move rooms. Furniture was old and worn as well.

We really appreciated how kind the service people were. The room was very clean. The bathroom needs a fan and the shower needs to be redone. It was small and water flow was so low. Clean, basic accomodations in Montecito. The road it is on is surprisingly busy at night, so not the quietest, but location makes up for it. Rooms are dated, but clean and functional. Bathroom is tiny with a pedestal sink, so it is difficult to put on makeup or share with a partner. Bed is comfortable. Great location close to many restaurants and boutiques.

We have stayed here twice and always enjoy our stay. Rent the bikes, ride along the coast! It’s the perfect location with restaurants and shopping at your fingertips. I would say my only complaint is just that the beds are incredibly firm and the pillows will leave your neck a bit sore for a few days afterwards, but that could just be my personal preference at play here. We do enjoy our stay and hopefully next year we will make it back!
