The maintenance man was very kind and did all he could for the awful TV system. He was wonderful. Unfortunately the TV cable system was extremely awful. I company like this should have better cable. The room and staff were great. Breakfast was edible could of had a few more options.

Central city-center location was perfect for exploring Winston-Salem on foot. Hotel is quite new with modern facilities and spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. Front desk staff and valet parking attendants were exceptionally welcoming and professional.

You have to be lucky to find a parking space on the street near the Hotel. No free parking at the Hotel. I have better breakfast at cheaper motels. You need a degree in engineering to use the TV remote control. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly.
