APA Hotel & Resort Yokohama Bay Tower was conveniently located near a shopping mall, The Red Brick house and the train station. The service was amazing. The two 'Family Marts' inside the hotel were great for shopping and grabbing a quick snack. Our room as a bit small, and parking was not free.

Excellent Yokohama hotel and location

This is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are small but very efficient and modern amd worked great for 2 of us. Bathroom is well appointed. Water is hot fast. This place is quiet. Buffet breakfast is so tasty but a little expensive. The lobby is beautiful. You feel like you are on park avenue. Checkin was excellent. 2 family markets inside on the 4th floor. We loved it here and highly recommend it. 5 stars!!!

The Perfect Location!

I can’t say enough good things about APA Hotel! The location is absolutely unbeatable—walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Whether you’re sightseeing, shopping, or grabbing a bite to eat, it’s all right there. One of my favorite surprises? The laundry facilities are located right in the bathing area—super convenient, and you don’t even need to bring detergent! There’s also a convenience store located inside the hotel, which makes late-night snacks or forgotten essentials a breeze. Plus, there are tons of amazing restaurants, offering everything from quick bites to gourmet meals. Did I mention the location? Oh yes, I did—but it’s worth repeating. It truly doesn’t get better than this. I’d absolutely stay here again! Walking distance from: Red Brick Warehouse, Cup A Noodle Museum, Cosmo World, World Porter, and they have public scooter rental just outside the building.

Staff are polite but speak minimal English. Rooms are too small. I really enjoyed the onsen, and the hotel's location is close to the train station, shopping centre, and the centre of Yokohama city. I would recommend the hotel, but don't expect the rooms to be bigger. Rooms are good for solo travel only.
