This is a kind of Agritourism site in a good location just outside of Spoleto. We stayed a small casita which had very old fashioned furniture and outside was unkept. There is a decent large restaurant a d a nice bit not heated pool. Breakfast was very limited. This location should be better taken care off, e abuse the potential is there!
