I had a wonderful stay at [Kocatepe Hotel]. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is in an amazing place reaching almost everywhere but the only issue hotel has is cleaning, specially about the rooms they really didn't care much.

TVs cable didn't reach the socket, the shower 🚿 room hadn't been cleaned 😕, hair in the shower, dust on the beds etc etc.

The staff were friendly and respectful, and the location of the hotel is very good. Cleanness was acceptable, except that the toiled smelled bad and some pipes were broken and hanging over the mirror 😊. The way the TV was mounted and cables hanging arounds it was something that I do not expect in a 4-star hotel. As per my experience and observations it is a 3-star hotel not 4-star as advertised.

The hotel is disgusting. They didn’t even hear about sanitation there, the room was dirty, there was mold in the refrigerator, torn curtains on the windows. The breakfast generally leaves much to be desired - there is simply nothing to eat, the kettle with hot water has apparently never been washed at all. For that kind of money you can rent a hotel with much better conditions. I can attach a photo as proof.

According to hotel price I don't recommend this..I just like service of a lady in reception that's it..All things are bad really disappointed..room,bed sheets,blanket and breakfast totally 0 out of 10...I found nothing in mini bar it was empty even they didn't put a bitter of water,I paid 42.50$ for 1 night its not less according to others but my experience is out of my expectations..but I appreciate a lady receptionist who has better behaviour with smily face..

this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in with my family, can I give negative 10 star?? I had to fight everyday just to get the basic necessity such as toilet paper, towels. in the 11 days I stayed there with my family the room was only cleaned twice and that was because I had to shout and argue with them in sign language and app as no one in the hotel knew how to speak English. I had to take my family away for few days just to get away to a nicer hotel which I have never done before in my life (holiday within a holiday). my wife had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the room so we can stay and feel safe. the best thing about the hotel is the location. there is another hotel across the road which looks much better if anyone is thinking about staying in this hotel. the price looks cheaper as well but hotel looks much better. the breakfast is terrible, its the same cold breakfast served everyday, probably the leftover used as well as after the first 2 days we avoided and went out side for breakfast.

Oda pisti, leş gibi sigara kokuyordu. Yastıklar, kafa yağıyla sararmış kafa izleri belliydi. Çarşaflar pis ve kullanılmıştı. Her şeyiyle iğrenç bir odaydı. Paramızı iade edebileceklerini söylediler. Saat geceyarısını geçmişti. Çevredeki otellerde boş oda aradık bir yandan. Bulamadık. Oda değişikliği yaptılar. O oda da, benzer durumdaydı. Temiz diye çarşaf nevresim yastık kılıfı getirdiler. Onlar da aynıydı. Kendimiz yaydık yatağa. Kişisel eşyalarımızı da yastık üzerine koyduk. Üstümüzle başımızla yatmak zorunda kaldık. Ankara nın göbeğinde, harika bir lokasyonda Çok kötü bir otel deneyimiydi.

Merkeze yakın oluşu, ve odanın temiz, ferah ve huzur verici olması otel icin artı puan. Personelin otelde konaklayanlarla ilgilenmesi 10 yıldız. Tek bir eksik vardi, kaldığım odada dolap yoktu.
