O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar em alguns dias, demorava-se um pouco na reposição dos alimentos, o que fazia com que desistisse de comer ou teria que trocar a opção. Estacionamento bem seguro, assim como o local do Hotel.

Limpeza boa, aroma geralmente agradável. Som ambientesurante o café da manhã muito adequado. O café da manhã numa medida certa, sem exageros. Boa diversificação. Faltou apenas providenciarem o silenciamento do sensor de incêndio, o qual ficou apitando o tempo todo. Se possível, alguns ganchos a mais no banheiro, para pendurar roupas, vai ajudar (ap 107).

O sinal do wi-fi não era bom, do quarto q ficamos e o meu esposo dependia muito duma noa internet pois trabalhava home-ofice. No café da manhã senti falta de banana como opção. Não sei se é comum no sul do país não ter ducha ao lado do sanitário, essa foi uma das comunidades q faltou na minha opinião....no mais o hotel é maravilhoso, fomos bem recebidos, a equipe muito simpática e solícita... Localização próxima a igreja de pedra e a cidade de Gramado.....

O hotel eh excelente, em localização, conforto do quarto, pessoal da recepção muito atencioso, mas o serviço prestado no café da manhã, tem comida de qualidade mas precisa ser melhor gerenciado. Como o espaço eh pequeno, precisa que as mesas sejam limpas com mais rapidez para dar lugar a que está aguardando, precisa ter mais louças/talheres limpos disponíveis, e uma reposição mais ágil. Uma sugestão, é manter a lareira acessa nas noites frias, pelo menos a tardinha até umas 21h.

Nossa diárias foram de 6 dias e os 3 primeiros bem problemáticos. O quarto que reservamos estava com problema na tubulação do banheiro, fazendo com que a água do banho retornasse toda para o quarto. O recepcionista tentou resolver nos colocando em outro quarto, mas não tinha camareira a tarde para limpeza e organização, e ficamos mudando de quarto por mais 2 dias, até que houve desistência e fomos para um outro quarto por definitivo até o fim da estadia. Vi um grande esforço da equipe operacional em resolver o problema. Mas o hotel peca em manutenção, limpeza da área externa, café da manhã muito razoável sem nada surpreendente, então acredito que para ser um hotel boutique precisa trazer algo mais.

A estadia no geral foi boa. Alguns pontos importantes para melhorar: mofo no teto do banheiro e do quarto, além da limpeza no geral que deixou a desejar, com poeira. O Café da manhã tbm não foi legal, pouca variedade, todos os dias as mesmas coisas e as opções que tinham não eram deliciosas.
