Very Friendly Good Quality Hotel

This is a well located hotel for sight seeing and being close to restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a river view room and it was a nice size and clean with some nice extras like slippers, tea and coffee making facilities. The architecture in the hotel is a very interesting feature and was what drew me to the hotel in the first place.

Great location and cute hotel. But even though it says parking in site. There is none. Had to walk across the river to a public parking/carwash. Thankfully there was an attendant that helped park the car. The space was so small it would have been a nightmare. Aside from the parking everything was great.

We absolutely loved staying at Hotel Tayko! From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly and efficient staff - especially the lady on reception whose name means lovely in Basque! She not only checked us in but also gave us a brief history of the hotel and its unique and quirky style. The room was elegant and stylish and the facilities were great - with its neat side bar.
