O hotel é bom, bom café da manhã, quartos mto limpos, a cama já foi mais confortável em outra estadia. O isolamento acústico entre os apartamentos é ruim. Temos ressalvas quanto ao atendimento dos manobristas. Entramos e saímos várias vezes com nosso carro particular do estacionamento do hotel. Sem receber informações sobre como funcionava o estacionamento, algumas vezes fomos corrigidos de maneira rude pelos manobristas. Devo lembrar que sou hóspede, não faço parte do quadro de funcionários do hotel para saber como as coisas funcionam, sem receber qualquer informação.
