the property was in very good condition and well appointed. The young lady at the reception was super nice and friendly. We could not have asked for a better host. I think this is the best hotel in Dunedin I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Dunedin

From the street to inside the place is well laid out. Staff accommodated our baggage storage well before check in. Our rooms were also very comfortable, ultra clean and homely feel. Grateful for the upgrade. Great central location. Black out curtains and a quiet safe space. Thank you for looking after us so well. We look forward to returning to the beautiful restored new york style Chamberson.

Is hotel with very nice… We stayed in a nest room which we loved. Plenty of space, a full kitchenette, and a nice mix of old and new with an original brick wall. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. There is very limited parking on site but you can park at the train station which is one block away for 8NZD per day.
