"Fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. Plate of fruits was also provided in the room.
In my opinion it is better than the 5 star hotel near sylhet Airport which is middle of nowhere."

We booked a hotel based on what was shown on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different hotel — Al Ebraj Hotel — which looks nothing like the photos on the booking site. They told us this is our hotel, but it does not match what we originally booked.

"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view.

We had booked 3 rooms as a family and as it was during the protests/riots recently the hotel was practically empty so we got the pick of the rooms. Sanzina at reception really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed.
