I'll probably get her name wrong, but when my mom fell and scrapped her arm Sadia at the front desk was on the job and came to our room with a first aid kit and fixed mom right up. She was very professional, competent and handled the situation with excellent knowledge and experience Thank you. "

It is not clear from the parking lot where the entrance to the facility is. The functionality of the building is not for travelers with luggage.
