"Outstanding service, from room service to restaurant... and even the reception. The hotel may not be 5 a 5 Star, but the staff definately are.
The room was large and well furnished.
The only constructive criticism I have, is that the carpet was stained, and the crowning and walls are in need of upkeep and maintenance.
That said, I would definately stay here again."

noisy extractor in bathroom all through the night.
Towel used once and hung up was replaced with clean.
Reception pushed Lucia’s next door for food but did give directions to some other places if asked further. "

Get a day pass right at the tram station for $7.50 and use every form of public transportation. The restaurant and in house store are not great. The staff is super nice! The rooms are clean and modern. We chose this place because my son is a budding civil engineer and wanted to see how bikes trams...
