The 3 pools were great, especially the lounge chairs that were in the pool. The staff are very friendly. Tatiana was so patient with all of our questions. Check in was easy. They offer activities during the day including stretch, aqua fitness, cooking and a fun happy hour. The rooms were dated and a bit somber with all the dark drapes and furniture. I expected bright...

"Nice place but not great over 2 days. Needs better pool music and energy. Great fit for a low key resort. Not very family or kid friendly since it was so quiet. Long walks to get anywhere. Cool vibe but missing the luxory feeling. "

"My sister & I visited in January 2025. We chose this resort because it was a modest size, away from the hustle & bustle of the big city. Also, we had read reviews that it was popular with Mexicans, which we figured that was a good endorsement, and would make it more interesting (it did).
