"This hotel was AMAZING! We came to visit family in town and stayed at this hotel. The room was huge! The AC worked which helped a lot since it was so hot, the restaurant was great! The pool area also fantastic!"

"Unique property, surrounded by beautiful gardens, japanese buildings & flavors . The service is generally very good. The staff really tries to make things work.( Special thanks to Juan -bellboy-) It would be appreciated if more medium sized bottles of water was offered in the rooms.
I was told the pool is going to be renovated, and once finished , I think it will be a huge plus.
Can't wait to visit it once the renovation is completed."

"The property is very lovely and clean and most of the food was really good! The staff was very friendly and diligent! The only really bad thing was sat night across our room a house had a party with a live band starting around 11 pm going on all night until 6:30 so we could not sleep. It wasn’t direct responsibility of the hotel but maybe they could work more with authorities to enforce the necessary restrictions "

There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy.
The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room.

"Great hacienda. Personnel were great, food and all was execellent. Except the room it self. Bed is uncomfortable. Rooms are screaming for an update. I understand its meant to be an old hacienda . But updating the rooms a litle would make me want to come back again. And please put a lock on the doors "

"We would definitely stay there again, although some details need more attention. Not enough outlets to plug your devices. TV was complicated to use and ended up not working. No menu for room service in the room. A chair but no table to work or read. Details that are important. Restaurant is good although a bit slow. Rooms are big and comfortable. No noise! That’s a plus. Good air conditioning. "
