"Located in the middle of the Grand Bazar, we had convenient access to all the sites. Hotel staff were friendly. Tuncer even helped me book ferry tickets since I was having issues. Rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty. "

"It was an average experience. The room was neat. Furniture was adequate for 2 people. TV and wifi are available for entertainment. Room was warm. Bed mattresses are getting old, there were no toiletries, although warm water was available for restroom. There is no lift to climb to 3rd story."

"The hotel is clean, the beds are confortable but the pillows a bit less to our liking. A bit hard. We had a triple room, for 3 adults. It was very small with our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was also small and I wonder how big people can shower in the that small enclosure. There is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated. The staff was welcoming and super nice bending over backward to help us. Breakfast was good, plentiful. If you are a coffee lover however, you will need to go elsewhere for your morning coffee. Overall, an ok place to explore Bursa. "

"Hotel is clean and well-kept. We only hope that the room temperature can be a little bit warmer. It was winter when we came and the aircon in the room is bot much help. The kettle in the room could be cleaned too. The reception is approachable and was very helpful when we were asking for directions."

"This is a perfect hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was so nice. The room room was very comfortable and clean. I made a mistake with my booking but the staff was so kind and fixed everything for us. They are very helpful and accomadating. I highly recommend thjs hotel. "

"Good option for not a lot of money for one night sleepover in winter. Parking lot is secure and I could see my car through the window. The hotel is very easy to find and reach if you drive a car. In winter it's too hot in the room because the heating is full on. Could hear all the neighbors like they were talking in my ear and elevator was too close to the room - that's a big minus because I couldn't sleep well half of the night. The elevator is so small that I barely fit with my big backpack- but that's minor issue."

"This hotel has fantastic location. O was staying in the 4th floor, so I have enjoyed fantastic from the windows. But the biggest advantage of the staff. All of them were superfrinendly and helpful. It is very nice to spend time in such places"

"The room wreaked of smoke even though i requested non smoking, there were cigarette burn marks on the sheets, stains on the sheets and hair, i was itchy all night. the room was dull, no remote for AC, bed had sink spots, breakfast was great lobby and staff were great, nice area because mall was opposite the hotel so convenient and alot of places close by to walk to, they need to do better with the rooms and it will be great"
