"Jenna's B&B was an excellent place to stay! The views here of the lake and the volcanoes were so beautiful and the place truly felt like home. Our villa was comfortable and clean. We were provided with fresh linens and fresh water daily. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Yvan and Andrea really helped us get our plans organized and helped us get around to the different towns, making plans for us while we were there. They are both extremely communicative and friendly and without a doubt helped to maximize our experience. I don't know what I would have done without them! Norbert, who was a member of the staff as well was the sweetest and most accommodating. He went above and beyond for us during our stay. The food at Jenna's is also a 10/10. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay and enjoyed the well flavored, delicious meals. When I return to Lake Atitlan I will definitely be looking forward to staying here again. Now that I am back home I am missing waking up to the breathtaking views while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee on a chilly morning."

"The closest parking is like 4 blocks away/5 min walk but it’s easy to get around and very safe. Outside of that, the staff was amazing and allowed us to drop off our bags super early so we could enjoy the city before checking in, once we checked in our bags were waiting for us in our room. Incredible service!! The location was perfect but the staff made it incredible. The best thing was the amazing and professional staff that tended to all of our needs. "

This was a beautiful spot to sit for hours, watching birds, the sunset, and the volcano in the mornings, and to simply enjoy life in nature. I enjoyed walking down the hill to the earth lodge for food and coffee, and the Italian restaurant was perfect! "
