"Able to check-in early. Offered complimentary risa de jamaica while I waited for room to be prepared.
Nice rooms, comfy bed, and very good breakfast included. Friendly staff. The hotel is a little hard to find at first, but free parking at hotel is a big perk - very rare in Antigua."

"Excellent stay; breakfasts were awesome with various options; rooms are clean and service was good overall; the only comment is that no A/C in the rooms; maybe it is not necessary so no big issue, temperature was good but a little humid inside. "

"This is the most welcoming Hotel I've ever visited. In the many countries that I've stayed, I'd never experienced something like this. Simply beautiful: amenities, delicious food, the room, the pools, the museums... Wow such an indescribable experience. I wish we had expended more time over there but will definitely be back for more"
"Nice hotel with an older style setup that is still clean and for the price cant be beat. Staff was friendly and check in was easy and straight forward. I would be happy to stay here again "
"Jenna's B&B was an excellent place to stay! The views here of the lake and the volcanoes were so beautiful and the place truly felt like home. Our villa was comfortable and clean. We were provided with fresh linens and fresh water daily. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Yvan and Andrea really helped us get our plans organized and helped us get around to the different towns, making plans for us while we were there. They are both extremely communicative and friendly and without a doubt helped to maximize our experience. I don't know what I would have done without them! Norbert, who was a member of the staff as well was the sweetest and most accommodating. He went above and beyond for us during our stay.
The food at Jenna's is also a 10/10. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay and enjoyed the well flavored, delicious meals. When I return to Lake Atitlan I will definitely be looking forward to staying here again. Now that I am back home I am missing waking up to the breathtaking views while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee on a chilly morning."
"It was amazing, every area was very well maintained and the room was beautiful, the food in the restaurant was amazing and the view from the highest terrace was simply marvelous "
"Casa Noble was such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay during our time in Antigua! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind! It was the perfect place to stay in Antigua- easy to walk to everything but also a bit away from the middle of things with all the noise during Festival weekends."
"It was probably the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. So cool. A lot of art and artifacts decorating the property. The service was exceptional and all levels of the staff were so nice. "
"The hotel is beautiful; a great contrast between the colonial style mixed with ruins and an exquisite comfort. The food “amazing”! All staff super kind and great service. Definitely will come back! "
"Loved everything!
the gym its in a very bad condition, the cardio machines doesn't work as we expected in a 5 star hotel
Elliptical has a horrible sound
"
"The closest parking is like 4 blocks away/5 min walk but it’s easy to get around and very safe. Outside of that, the staff was amazing and allowed us to drop off our bags super early so we could enjoy the city before checking in, once we checked in our bags were waiting for us in our room. Incredible service!! The location was perfect but the staff made it incredible. The best thing was the amazing and professional staff that tended to all of our needs. "
"You guys should update your pictures on Expedia. The property is beautiful and you’re not really advertising that in my opinion. You could get tons of business from people like my wife and I who love and appreciate the colonial architecture in Guatemala."
"One of my favorite places I’ve stayed so far! The space is absolutely beautiful, private, and thoughtfully designed. The indoor-outdoor living setup creates a truly special experience—perfect for those looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Guatemala in a unique and memorable way. The location is excellent, and the staff are fantastic. Highly recommend this gem!"
"Very pretty and well situated hotel, close to everything, lovely patio/ terrace. Large rooms , helpful staff, coffee. Cons - little dated, thin walls. Overall - very positive. "
"Very secluded for a nice reset and self-made yoga retreat. This was a beautiful spot to sit for hours, watching birds, the sunset, and the volcano in the mornings, and to simply enjoy life in nature. I enjoyed walking down the hill to the earth lodge for food and coffee, and the Italian restaurant was perfect! "
