"I had a great stay here. The staff were professional and friendly making my visit comfortable. The hotel is close to the main restaurant area so it was easy to find places to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the natural hot spring baths including the outdoor bath and sauna. It was very relaxing. One thing I noticed is that the bathroom floor is about 6 inches higher than the main room floor. This step might be difficult for some guests to navigate. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay. "
"after my wife did a thorough research and reading every reviews, we made a decision to stay at this resort hotel. We were very pleased with out decision. Everything exceeded expectation plus the therapeutic benefit of curing chronic back pain was gone after staying here. The bed was very comfortable and onsen water is of top quality and 2 different variety. We had a great stay and service was great. Half board dinner and breakfast were great."
"The unit is spacious and very clean, and worth the extra drive if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay. Note, though, that although the loft can sleep several people, the ceiling is only about four feet high and hitting your head can be a problem! Also, there is no coffee, tea or and condiments provided so be sure to bring your own. The check in was a problem for us, ensure you can make a Japan phone call if needed which we did."
"Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!"
"Staff is very polite and professional. However, the place it has only one indoor bath and nothing really impressive but is nice for staying if you just want to rest."
"The staff is very nice even though they can't speak English well
Basic accommodation for stop-over night
The downside is the onsen ( the corner pool) smell of chlorine too much."
