"The staff were pleasant enough but the hotel was understaffed. Our first room was on the highway with poorly insulated windows and very noisy. The view out the window was literally of the highway panels. After our first sleepless night, the staff did change our room which was quieter but still a bit sad. A hall light outside of the bathroom was impossible to turn off and flickered all night.

the day before I checked out , the hotel staff provided me extra care and help ( many thanks to the gentleman from the bar for your pain relief cream it helps !) .
The room is clean with a lovely balcony and spacious bathroom with strong and hot water , the heating in the room works well too .
