"Wonderful stay! If you are having hot flashes and there’s a heatwave, the air conditioning works, but you have to give it 30-45 minutes. The staff was THE BEST! So nice, kind, polite. The grounds were gorgeous. The pool is down the road, across the street from the hotel, but wow! It is tiered gardens, a view of the lake, breathtaking, and so quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the lake, crystal clear, and will take your breath away. Delicious

Just wish the outside pool and sun loungers overlooking Lake Garda were open, the explanation I got was it was to early in the Season and they will open in May. For the British like myself the weather was ideal and at around 21/22 degrees the Outdoor spaces should have been open. Thanks a lovely stay otherwise 👍"

"On the whole, a great hotel to stay in as a base for a Lake Garda holiday! Hotel is clean and staff friendly. It's a shame that the pool and pool area was not working and could not be used, but it was repaired on our last day, so that's just unfortunate timing
