"My family and I spent 5 days at this lovely place. Casole D’Elsa is a short walk up the hill and a great place to enjoy a meal. The restaurant on site is a gem with terrific food. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the location allowed for easy drives to a variety of Tuscan towns on the tourist map. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Nice swimming pool, but had to pay extra for 2 lounge chairs, as only 2 are foreseen per accommodation. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a better restocking, and clearing of tables. Car needed as the resort is not close to a town centre. Nive views of the Tuscan country side. Very bad 4G reception and no WiFi in the appartement, only WiFi available at reception. Appartement was nice, clean and big enough for 4, but lacks a dishwasher in the kitchen."

"The air conditioning was very poor, the room was like a sauna, we had to get up at 2am and open the door as it was too hot to sleep. No window in the room to let air in. The rest of the property was fantastic, the restaurant food excellent too."

"The property is lovely and grand. Great views and space around the pool. The room was big and comfortable. The hotel needs a renovation but everything was clean and working. We golfed and enjoyed ourselves. It was very beautiful place to spend a couple days. "

"The drive up the mountain to Volterra was stunning. Then we arrived and parked in a nearby car park long enough to move our luggage to the hotel. The staff was very helpful showing us where to move the car to park for free. The entrance to the hotel is right in the middle of the historic town. So many shops and restaurants to explore. The room was large and beautifully laid out, with roses and sweets on the bed. There are alabaster craft shops around, we stepped down a small alley and...

"Covenient Location just outside the city, good parking, washer & dryer availability was good (eventhough expensive 7 euros for washing 7 euros for drying !!)
Not posible to checking between 1 and 3 pm due to “pausa pranzo”.
Double Sofa bed was terrible, impossible to sleep on. "

"Lovely stay.
More choice for breakfast would be good. Paid for better room but toilet seat was marked and damaged. Didn’t expect that for upgraded room"
