Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. Also a ton of ants in and around bathroom. Tissue box full of them.
Breakfast which was included was poor. Very old looking tomato and cucumber slices and tbh v little...

The breakfast offers various and excellent food, a lot of self-made/grown products (olive oil, focaccia, yoghurt).
The pool is above the rooms and offers a beautiful view, in all directions. It is being cleaned every day and invites to relax.
The rooms are very clean and modern.

Getting down to Main Street Modica requires you use hundreds of steps. Just think of all the extra chocolate you can eat while you burn those calories. I’m sure a taxi could be called.
