"Great place to stay in the heart of it all. The host sent thorough instructions of the check-in process and there was even a helpful neighbor nearby to show us to the lift. The host was very flexible regarding check in and check out. Upon check out we were allowed to store our luggage while we continued to explore the city before leaving via train late at night. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking a very busy street but even with the hustle and bustle and traffic noise, as soon as you close that balcony door, silence...offering a peaceful night of rest in a very comfortable bed after a long journey over and day of exploring. "Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located. The area is safe. very well maintained for Naples standards and great night environment with restaurants and walkable streets."

"Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. "The property is new and has all of the amenities you need in a room for a nice stay. Spacious and very clean. Shower was clean and spacious, only thing to keep in mind is that shower is separate from the toilet and has a clear door, if you are traveling with a partner or by yourself that is no problem, otherwise one person has to leave the room for the other one to shower. I was only one person so that was not a problem. The owner was very nice and helpful and gave me information of places to visit. The taxi had a hard time finding the place, they will leave you on the main road and then you have to walk to the entrance. As anywhere in Italy it is recommended to pack lightly because the is no elevator int he building. Location was great, about a 7-10 minute to the historic center with a lot of things to see. Overall great place to stay!"
