"Idilic, quiet and just gorgeous. It's removed a bit from Perugia, but it's worth it to stretch out, relax at the pool and enjoy the view and sounds of nature. Rooms are beautiful and clean, and the grounds are just gorgeous."

"This was by far our favorite stay during our 16-day trip! We love Hotel Villa Marsili so much! Everyone at this hotel is extremely accommodating, friendly, and genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful stay with them! Our room was just beautiful, and it completely surpassed our expectations in every way. Our stay at Villa Marsili could not have been any better! We can't wait to return someday."

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff in the reception desk were always so polite and helpful. So much for young children to do including and outdoor park (bit out dated but still brilliant!) An out door walk in pool, which is perfect for the younger children to splash in. An indoor play area, as well as large grounds to play around in, you can also use their onsite bikes to take around the grounds for no charge. They also provide footballs,

"I'm seriously impressed by how beautiful this hotel was. Rustic, beautiful tiles and floors, doors, gorgeous gardens and pool, all built into the side of a mountain with a stream running by as a view for breakfast.
The room was also spacious and clean. The bathtub also apparently doubled as a jacuzzi though I didn't partake. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good.
Air on included.
Parking included.
Rooms were quiet despite property being near a road. "

"I've stayed here quite a few times, so that speaks for itself. The pool is the big asset plus the views across the valley. It's a bit of a trek up to Assisi itself - about 15 minutes up hill on a road with traffic. If you don't have a car, you need to plan carefully. You can get drinks and basic lunch at the house. It is rustic and that will either frustrate you slightly or charm you. Good price, idyllic setting - I just wish there was a bus or shuttle going up to the town. Very friendly new...

"A beautiful facility, with friendly staff. A bit outside Assisi, in a beautiful wooded area. I walked or took the bus to get into the city proper. Lavish breakfast included with the room. Beautiful indoor heated pool. Highly recommended!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed as a family
for a week. Loved the quiet and lovely surroundings. The owners, a young couple, were very nice and helpfull. We stayed during the hottest week in July and maybe some more fans - maybe in the ceiling would be nice but other than that - we loved the place. "

"Three couples, cousins, stayed two nights at the Castello to explore Assisi and Gubbio. My wife and I and our young children stayed at the castle in 1998. We all thought it was special. Since then we have now been again twice and the experience has only gotten better and better! Highly recommend for an extremely unique experience in Umbria with much to see a in the area."

"The amazing town of Bettona was the perfect start to our holiday. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Views from the terrace were superb. Something for everyone at breakfast, which was tasteful and plentiful. We would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

"Agriturismo molto bello, in campagna distante dalla strada. L'unico suono e' quello della natura e degli animali. Per la cena si può mangiare in agriturismo, Mara e' un ottima cuoca."
