"Very old hotel that overlooks a creepy abandoned hotel. Lovely team in general and a nice owner, but, what ruined it for me was the small things. They tried to charge us (i hope you are sitting down) 10 Euro per room for AC. Otherwise in sweaty Italy in August they shot down your AC. Yes yes. I had to spend 50 minutes with hotels.com who had to call them and tell them they can't do that.
Then they wanted to charge for a very mediocre pool another 10 Euros per two hours (?) and finally, forgot...
