"Great value stay during off season. Amazing views, clean rooms. The toiletries smelled good, sheets were clean. Great balcony area. Free bfast, great amenities inside room. Didnt get to use the wellness and sauna d/t lack of time. Great service from the staff. There was a very helpful female staff at the resto during bfast on 10/20. I didnt get to get her name but she is young, petite and had a bit of an accent. Ty so much.

"The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Also, the complimentary bus pass to the awesome local bus service that can get you to and from hikes. Otherwise, it’s just a lovely hotel. "

The property itself was lovely! Very comfortable rooms and the spa and sauna were great after long days hiking. Also the best breakfast spread we’ve had in our entire 4 week trip to Italy. Would highly recommend staying here!"

Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic...
