Wow! I cannot say enough! We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice.

"A great hotel, clean, freah and modern looking. The room was clean and everything worked, great to see a fridge so you have a cool drink on your balcony. A roof terrace in which to sunbathe and chill. A cozy pool and wellness area. Free parking, Breakfast gave a amazing choice from cereal, cooked, fruit and the plenty of bread and ham and cheeses, juices, sweets and coffee. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A 30 second walk to the supermarket and 2 minutes walk to old town, beach...

We stayed in an hibiscus suite which had a large terrace with table, chairs, two sunbeds and beautiful lake views. We had a couple of days of atrocious weather but when the sun came out it was glorious! We stayed on b&b basis as we like to try different restaurants. Breakfast was not great - most of the time eggs were cold, and there were random roast vegetables -...

Self catering really is totally self catering...you need to provide all cleaning materials e.g. sponge, tea towel, washing up liquid. 1 loo roll provided at start of week but that's it. Shuttle bus is a welcomed bonus and we used it nearly every day especially for getting supplies...
