"We absolutely loved our stay at Emme Hotel! This place is a hidden gem elegant, freshly renovated (as of April 2025), and simply stunning. The room was beautifully upgraded, and the bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud. The shower? Spa-worthy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful they gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations, and every single one was a hit! Emme Hotel easily deserves a five-star rating. It’s modern, cozy, and full of charm. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"It was a lovely visit to Griffin's Resort on the Tenuta Ponziani estate. The entire area is lining with lavender and olive trees and smells amazing. If you want to disconnect and relax this is the place for you, your friends and your significant other. The spa experience is amazing, and you leave with relaxed muscles and glowing skin. Truly a place to renew. Enjoy!"

"B&B Borgo Vera is a sweet country home secluded in the fields of Tuscany. The host, Stefania, is incredibly joyful, warm, and accommodating... laughing, offering recommendations, and reminding us to slow down and smell the rosemary. The property is rustic and beautiful, with a wonderful swimming pool with a newly refinished bottom. It's a few miles down an unpaved road, and although it's a rocky road, it's worth it to arrive to such a peaceful and quiet place where the birds are the loudest sound you'll hear. In the morning, breakfast (for a small extra fee) was served starting at 8:30am. The cappuccinos were delicious and breakfast was just fine. There are sweet cats who live at this country inn who nap in the sun. The closest town is Manciano (less than 15 mins drive,) a very quaint hilltop medieval village, where we had our most authentic meal in Tuscany at La Imperiale (a Stefania recc.) We ran into a barrel rolling competition while returning to our car! The next day we went to the public hot springs (thermal baths) in Saturnia (Cascate del Mulino) which was only 30 mins by car and a super memorable and relaxing experience."

"Love my stay at this small hotel in the beautiful town of Orvieto. I had a room on the third floor with a small window that overlooked the quaint street below. Service was always offered with a smile and the location was perfect."

" We stayed there for 4 nights We received a not very clean apartment with minimal consideration Not even a single tea bag. The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper. The place is beautiful and nice"

"Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). "

The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that."

"The villa is truly beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfasts are excellent. There is also the added advantage of plenty of parking. Our stay was only relatively short (4 nights) but we could happily have stayed at Hotel Villa Ciconia for several weeks. "

"Laura was the perfect host. The rooms are enormous and the house is a true mansion. We couldn't believe how spacious it was, with so many little details that made gave us a sense of wonder. They also have a lovely wine store inside with quite a few excellent selections that we as wine lovers were previously unaware. We are already planning to return. "

"We were hoping for a nice country Relais...Borgo San Faustino was beyond our expectations. What a beautiful location with views for days and days. The property is authentic old-world charm with interesting ruins on the property. Beds were comfortable and our two dinners on the property were delicious!
