"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room. We had a beautiful little balcony plus the hotel terrace with a great view. We also were able to store our luggage until check in. Great location for all transportation. 30-40 min walk from Spanish Quarter and 40-50 min walk from the ocean and port area. Overall a great stay in Naples!"

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! "Beautiful rooms, hotel and landscape. Staff were very nice and helpful. Shuttle was offered to train station and near marina for ferry or to visit Castellemare di Stabia along ocean when requested. They also helped us with taxi to places further away or during non shuttle times. Had a great restaurant and accommodated our teens at dinner with lunch menu items. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This charming hotel was beautiful, with a wonderful view and rooftop bar. The location halfway between Sorrento and Pompeii was perfect. The included breakfast was SUPERB. But what really made this hotel stand out to me was the staff. Carlo and Mario were absolutely incredible and accommodating. They helped us organize transportation to and from Naples for our travel, helped get us to and from the Vico Equense train station, and even thought to pack us a breakfast to go when we had an early morning. They went above and beyond and made leaving extra difficult! Would absolutely stay again, cannot recommend enough!"

"Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located. The area is safe. very well maintained for Naples standards and great night environment with restaurants and walkable streets."

"Very clean, good breakfast, Antonio is amazing, the whole stuff is so kind !!!!! The only downside is that is far from the action but I will definitely come back !!!! Antonio upgraded me to a Junior suit and it was stunning !!!!!"
