The attention to detail from management and staff is incredible and gets better every year. It is clear that the hotel seeks to A special mention for a number of people. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Julia in the restaurant is so pleasant and helpful. Clara/Jessica/Valentina in reception are so accommodating. The personal trainers Marco and Enrico are so knowledgeable and run great classes. - "

"Hotel Dolomiti was an incredible find for us. Being able to walk out the main floor of this small and quiet boutique stay directly into Malcesine was a blessing. Guilia was extremely helpful when checking us in and showing us the parking process. Our suite was always cleaned so well. We would absolutely return!"

"A fantastic location for a brief stay. On arrival we realised we had not booked a room with balcony. They facilitated an upgrade at a reasonable cost , however, the superior room was only available for the first of our 2 nights. So, after moving room after 1 night they gave us the best room in the hotel. A penthouse suite with enormous terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor criticism is that after the breakfast restaurant closes at 11am, there is no facility for drinks until the bar opens at 5pm"

"We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "

"We only stayed two nights, however we observed the professionalism and courtesy of the employees. The hotel, the room, the meals and service were beyond our expectations for the price. Lake view from hotel is gorgeous. "

"Absolutely fabulous way to enjoy Lake Garda. All the scenery but away from the mass crowds. Beautiful location in a small village square overlooking the lake. Rooms are spacious - we stayed in a vintage room- bed very comfortable and effective air conditioning. High quality towels and bedding. Swimming pool and hot tub area was modern and immaculate- staff very happy to bring drinks and snacks to sun loungers (umbrellas provided). We ate in the restaurant both nights and food was very high quality and reasonably priced. Steaks on the first night and mixed fish grill on the second - large portions. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast each morning was a feast. To name a few- bacon, ham, cheeses, all types of eggs, breads, sweet pastries, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, as well as cartons of about 10 types of other juices. If you left breakfast hungry it was your own fault. The hotel is manned by a small dedicated and hard working team who are friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem to them. I would definitely stay here again. Private underground parking. Lots to see in surrounding area including Madonna Della Corona- 40 min drive through beautiful scenery. "

"A lovely hotel just 200m from the edge of Lake Garda. Excellent views from the room, we had chairs and sun loungers to enjoy all day. The pool was peaceful and not over crowded, always able to get beds, and complimentary towels. The room wasn’t very big, but enough space for us to relax. It was very clean and tidied each day. Breakfast has lots of options in the buffet and you can sit looking at the view of the lake. The gym is small and outdoors with some cover so no AC, also overlooks the lake. The town center is a 15-20min walk away so this area is much quieter and too busy. Only downside was the gardeners were in during our 3 day stay so always leaf blowers and hedge cutters making noise. "

"Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. None of these things stopped us from having an excellent time and we would love to come back! Fantastic facilities and exceptionally positioned on the lake (not too far from picturesque Limone town)."
