"Lovely stay in lovely hotel"

"Property and staff was amazing only setback too many stairs to get to our room like 55 they did advertise that but not that many"

"This is an old building directly fronting the lake and adjacent to the ferry terminal. A short walk to the central square and there is also a bus stop right outside the gates. Service good from the friendly staff. Food offer quite high end. There is a lounging area they cal the beach, with a jetty to swim in the lake which was surprisingly warm in August. The bathroom was a delightful trip back to the early 1980s but on the whole, the positioning on the lake and the views are outstanding."

"Our hostess was incredible! The day of our arrival, we took the wrong bus on a hot day and she greeted us at our room with a carafe of chilled water! She made us feel very welcome throughout our stay, and the breakfast was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation in Bellagio."

"My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The views were great! Just a tip...you need to reserve restaurant dinners several days in advance as they fill up quickly for local restaurants in the immediate area. The location of this hotel is not far from Bellagio but the ferry to Lezzeno ends earlier than other ferries so you need to plan accordingly or drive to Bellagio."

"Beautiful location nestled between Tremezzo and Lenno. Our balcony view was spectacular as was the service and food. The staff was very helpful and efficient. We felt it was a good value as contrasted with neighboring hotels."

"This was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didn’t include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but pretty pricey. This was an oasis, and the extra steps justified more gelato!"

"This place is AMAZING!!!!!! The hotel has everything you need and want! It's the best location. It has a lakefront pool and private beach (with lounge chairs and service) with the most incredible view ever! The setting is truly a dream! The interior is ornate and luxurious. The staff are 5-star! I love the nightly music in the parlor. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. THIS IS A MUST HOTEL!"

"First class hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Incredible view from the room’s balcony. Food and drink options in hotel were excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many other restaurants in Bellagio a 5-7m walk away. The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the spa were all superb. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Bellagio and would absolutely visit again."

"The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
