"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room. We had a beautiful little balcony plus the hotel terrace with a great view. We also were able to store our luggage until check in. Great location for all transportation. 30-40 min walk from Spanish Quarter and 40-50 min walk from the ocean and port area. Overall a great stay in Naples!"

"The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below. This hotel ideally situated in Naples historic centre and within easy walking distance to all attractions. "

"Great place to stay in the heart of it all. The host sent thorough instructions of the check-in process and there was even a helpful neighbor nearby to show us to the lift. The host was very flexible regarding check in and check out. Upon check out we were allowed to store our luggage while we continued to explore the city before leaving via train late at night. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking a very busy street but even with the hustle and bustle and traffic noise, as soon as you close that balcony door, silence...offering a peaceful night of rest in a very comfortable bed after a long journey over and day of exploring. "Hotel room was clean and modern. Housekeeping every day. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy but over the four days we were there found it to be safe and the people kind. Lots of close by restaurants and the taxi stand is steps away. I’m a lone female traveller with a young child so safety is my number one concern. "

"Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks. "

"This was a very nice hotel smack in the middle of a pigeon’s paradise. The streets are dirty, the city is loud. Do not attempt (women) walking the city in open toed footwear. "

"Ok hotel, area in front of hotel was a bit sketchy. The hotel itself is just starting to be ready for a renovation but was clean and the staff were amazing."

"The property is new and has all of the amenities you need in a room for a nice stay. Spacious and very clean. Shower was clean and spacious, only thing to keep in mind is that shower is separate from the toilet and has a clear door, if you are traveling with a partner or by yourself that is no problem, otherwise one person has to leave the room for the other one to shower. I was only one person so that was not a problem. The owner was very nice and helpful and gave me information of places to visit. The taxi had a hard time finding the place, they will leave you on the main road and then you have to walk to the entrance. As anywhere in Italy it is recommended to pack lightly because the is no elevator int he building. Location was great, about a 7-10 minute to the historic center with a lot of things to see. Overall great place to stay!"
