"Staff was very friendly, very helpful. I had a flight was delayed in Rome days after I left their hotel. They stored my luggage for free while I toured around around with my family during the time my flight was delayed. Hotel is clean perfect location. Air conditioning works well."

"Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The biggest highlights were how clean and safe we felt during my stay. While the surrounding area may look a bit sketchy at first glance, I never felt unsafe, and the hotel itself is well-maintained and secure. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the hot summer days. It made a big difference after coming back from long outings in the sun. The included breakfast was decent, nothing fancy, but it had the basics to start the day off right. One of the best parts was the location in terms of convenience. Although it's a bit outside the main tourist hub, there's a bus stop within easy walking distance that made getting around super simple. Plus, being slightly removed from the center meant quieter nights and better sleep, perfect if you're looking to avoid the noise of more crowded areas. All in all, a solid option for travelers who prioritize comfort, quiet, and convenience. "

"All was great with the room, building and service! The only thing missing would be to have a chair at the room. This hotel has a rooftop/terrace with a great view to the city and Roma Termini, which is 4 blocks away, so it’s extremely convenient for saying the least. I would like to mention that Emma from the front desk was very nice, friendly and professional. You always want as a welcome a person like her. "

"Excellent location very close to Roma Termini train station. Breakfast is included, which was a nice perk. Room is small but comfortable and includes a mini-fridge, which is one reason why we chose this hotel. Very nice, friendly desk staff, on site 24 hours."

"We had a fabulous stay however this was somewhat hampered at the beginning due to our room having a blocked shower, 1 towel (to share 😳) & a broken hairdryer. Once I informed the staff, they were concerned, attentive and fixed the problems immediately. With special thanks to Silvia as she went ‘over & above’ with her professionalism, knowledge & swift actions - she is a credit to your hotel, as such I wouldn’t hesitate to come and stay again. Please pass my gratitude to her individually. Unfortunately, (as with many cities) there is a problem regarding drug use in the streets which my daughter found unsettling. This however is not the hotel’s fault as this responsibility lands firmly with the local authorities. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time x "

"The bus stop was practically outside the hotel which made travel really easy. I got the bus about Rome, no problem. The staff at the hotel were friendly. The hotel and the room were nice. The restaurant attached to the hotel did nice food. We enjoyed the continental breakfast there in the morning. The gym was very very small with only three or four pieces of equipment (treadmill, bike, resistance machine plus dumbbells) but they were in good condition. "
