We went there on our honeymoon and had everything at our fingertips (literally as there's an iPad in the room to request breakfast, drinks, and other things..) There was one night we woke up smelling cigarette smoke and the manager put us in a new room knowing we both had an allergic reaction to the smoke. The hotel is excellently located for the Vatican City and St. Peter's and within 500 metres of Ottiviano Metro Station.
