"We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We don’t usually choose half board but we are glad we did! The first night there was a buffet in the garden, of local food, this was the best buffet I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty and there was lots of vegetarian choice. We ate off the a la carte menu our other 2 nights, which again was amazing food, with lots of choice, as was breakfast. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Otranto. We had a standard room, the only criticism is the bathroom could do with a bit of an update, the shower wasn’t great with poor pressure if you had it on warm. There was live music and dancing one night and we enjoyed the tour of the underground Oil Mill and Olive Oil Tasting which was provided by the hotel. "

"This was one of my favorite places in Puglia! The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and warm. The room was gorgeous as well as the grounds. The breakfast was spectacular… it had everything including very freshly cut up fruit. The cappuccino machine made amazing coffee. The location was walkable to everything. She recommend a restaurant for dinner with fabulous views and was only a 5 minute walk. This was a very last minute booking and was a very good value. I will definitely return. "

"The location of the hotel is very convenient, the staff very friendly, breakfast amazing! The there floor where breakfast is served has an stunning view to the ocean. I definitely recommend this hotel and if I come back to Gallipoli I will definitely consider staying here again."

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."

"The host and hostess were exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our needs! Gianluca was so helpful with parking, bar and restaurant suggestions and helping plan our road trip through Puglia! Breakfast by Gianluca’s sister, was basically made to order with whatever you wanted and no limits for cappuccino etc. beautiful fresh foods served to your table in the lovely rooftop terrace overlooking part of the old city. Great location!!!"

"We had a great experience in this boutique hotel in the center of Lecce. Loved the spacious room with comfy bed. Everything smelled good with the Bulgari fragrances. Would definitely come back. There is only one minor suggestion I would give related to better handling of credit cards without leaving a paper trail. Other than that it was perfect and also great value for money. "

"We loved the spa facilities and the modern room. The cleaning crew did a great job in ensuring the room was clean. However , I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning chemicals in the room. Despite keeping the windows open, the smell still lingered for hours. The breakfast was adequate. "
