"This place is a true gem in Umbria. We found it on accident when looking for a place to stay in the area. To our surprise, we were greeted with open arms by the staff and treated to a most delightful room overlooking the Umbrian countryside. The spa, the pools and the gardens, our magnificent. In fact, we left the area to look for Real Estate and stayed a night away from this property. We found ourselves missing this place and decided to return immediately. "

"Era un fine settimana in famiglia, indubbiamente organizzato in fretta e probabilmente non ho letto bene alcune note della sistemazione. Ma tutto sommato è andata bene. "

"Not too great on the first night to be honest. The location, stunning, the room, beautiful with the swimming pool right on our door step. However, the heater for said swimming pool is located opposite the headboard of our bed, so during the course of the night you can hear the machine working away with a constant humming sound, which, during the night is greatly amplified. Spoke to reception the following morning, who gave the impression they knew of this, sorted us a different room for the...

"Agriturismo molto bello, in campagna distante dalla strada. L'unico suono e' quello della natura e degli animali. Per la cena si può mangiare in agriturismo, Mara e' un ottima cuoca."

"This property is in a convenient location: close to the bus station, accessible by car, and close to the escalators to Corso Vanucci and the mini metro. Dinner at the hotel was great. My grandchildren lived the pool."

"Being at the top of the hill meant walking most places was down hill. Still some places to walk up mainly to the larger piazzia. Great dining around the hotel both for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful older state house with large open area overlooking Perugia.
Would stay here again"

"Lovely hotel with super friendly staff. We hung out at their roof top area during the day, which was great for the sunshine and a place to relax. We stayed here one night and came back to the city on our last day of our holiday and they graciously allowed us to leave our bags here whilst we explore the city on our last day, even though we weren't staying at the hotel that night. We really appreciated this.
We would suggest that they change the bar fridge in the room to something quieter or put...

"In the first days it was extremely cold in the hotel.
The staff was friendly and made an effort to solve all the problems, including the cold in the room (due to the crisis, it was forbidden in Italy to turn on the heat). The hotel was full of guests and, on the first nights, they gave us extra blankets. After three days, the problem was solved by changing the room.
I had an emergency and needed to work on the computer one night. They provide me with one computer and Internet access.

"I'm seriously impressed by how beautiful this hotel was. Rustic, beautiful tiles and floors, doors, gorgeous gardens and pool, all built into the side of a mountain with a stream running by as a view for breakfast.
The room was also spacious and clean. The bathtub also apparently doubled as a jacuzzi though I didn't partake. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good.
Air on included.
Parking included.
Rooms were quiet despite property being near a road. "
