"Lovely stay in this gorgeous hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful - really lovely young people who were happy to practise their English with us! Loved our suite - ‘New York’, it was so luxurious having all the space and immaculately clean. We enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard in the eve with a cocktail or two, the whole hotel had a serene atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone visiting Fabriano."

"We stayed ‘out of season’. Possibly one of only 3 or 4 rooms occupied at the time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. I can imagine an amazing place to be in busier times and in better weather. The drive to the property was a little difficult with very poor road access. "

"This hotel has Old World charm in its furnishings but is updated where it matters. The bathroom has a heated towel rack and a rain showerhead; the mattress and pillows are just right in firmness/softness and the quality of bedlinens was excellent. It couldn’t be better located; it is within walking distance of all the major sites of Gubbio. There is a public elevator minutes away that takes you up/down a few levels if you are too tired or are unable to traverse the numerous hilly alleys and streets on foot. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful. It is situated in a major piazza and has been used in a number of TV and movie films! "

"Wonderful staff and clean rooms. Breakfast variety was fresh and cappuccinos were delicious. Loved the patio area for breakfast and the terrace section to relax. I enjoyed my five-day stay at Hotel Bonconte. "

"Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!"

"We didn’t ask if they were dog friendly before we booked and they totally weren’t, and had no flexibility around it so our poor big boy had to spend the night in the car by himself. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier, and to make matters worse, the restaurant was closed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good though with homemade omelettes. "
