"We had a very special and relaxed 4 night stay at Helvetia. We were very pleased with comfortable big room and most welcoming atmosphere!
A big thank for every single member of the team, who made our stay unforgettable!
We loved swimming in the pool, it is a big enjoyment for us. It's works till 11pm,which is very convenient,if someone checked in a bit late.
But most empression we got from the restaurant.
We booked with a full board, and every meal was just delishes and witha good choice....

Le camere non rispecchiavano le foto del sito,ho prenotato una suite e nonostante questo ho dovuto pagare l ingresso alle piscine
Le uscite erano strapiene di gente arrivata dall’ esterno e l ambiente si è trasformato in una sorta di piscina comunale …nella normalità le terme dovrebbero essere luogo di tranquillità e calma invece erano un disastro..lettini ammassati uno attaccato all’ altro non c era servizio di bevande al self service come tisane o...

"Nice older place, well maintained. Bathroom was on the small side. Elisabeth at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was good, with excellent service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. "

Essendo la nostra stanza al primo piano, proprio sopra la reception, si è sentito cantare e suonare tutte le sere fino alle 23.
Unica vera pecca, per un hotel di questo livello, è non includere gli accappatoi nel prezzo della camera, quanto meno nella nostra. Mi aspetterei che per tutte le camere fossero inclusi senza dover pagare 15€ al giorno come extra…"

"Room was spacious and well set up, bathroom was clean and big. Lots of food choices including italian, kebabs, KFC, McDs and more, if you need a quick bite without venturing into town. Hotel’s breakfast was a decent array of choices from cold to hot menu items. The train station is a one minute walk from hotel, yet the rooms are quiet, you don’t hear the trains at all. Too many youth and few unsavory characters of various persuasions seem to loiter around Padova and Italy in general, but they don’t panhandle or bother you, so it was fine. I would highly recommend this hotel, we stayed 2 nights and loved it. "

The rooms are well soundproofed and equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel’s restaurant is a good option for breakfast. The reception staff is highly efficient and professional.
During my visit, construction work was underway near Padua’s train station, specifically related to the Verona–Padua high-speed rail line, temporarily affected accessibility, making it slightly more difficult to reach the hotel on foot from the train station.
