"Our stay was just OK. Lift was not working, one of the beds in our room had dipe in mattress. A bottle of water would have been nice. Awoken at 4 in morning with an awful noise in room, a fan on outside wall was to blame. Spoke to lady in reception about noise on way out she took my email address saying someone would be in touch, still waiting! Breakfast was grand, gluten free poorly set out, box of cornflake was only option for cereal. Cooked breakfast was good. Robes in rooms would have been a...

"We booked a king lake view room. It had heated floors, blackout curtains, beautiful art and the room was gorgeous. We felt like royalty. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. We had the traditional Irish breakfast it was delicious. We did the falconry walk and boat rife of the lake. So much fun. The town of Cong is charming too. You will absolutely love Ashford Castle. The history is incredible and the art, bars, and restaurants are impeccable. "
