Breakfast buffet is great, ticks all the boxes and with lots of well-lit space to sit in. Rooms are a bit older but well kept."

Everyone in the staff we met were very professional and polite and spoke excellent english. The location, just a block from a very nice area with many good restaurants was a major plus. "Very clean and all in all, a great hotel. The sofa bed in the family room was really uncomfortable and if we return we will book 2 rooms next time. Breakfast was very nice, however, the staff struggled to keep up with the demand so there was a lot of time spent standing around waiting for bread, pastries etc to be replenished."

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel; the staff were very helpful and welcoming, check in time was 12 noon which meant we could spend the afternoon in Reims. Because the hotel is close to the tramline which takes you into the centre of Reims, that was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was reasonably priced for a full English type breakfast. We would stay there again if we visited Reims."

"Lovely hotel, staff greeted us warmly on arrival with a cold drink and took our bags straight off us and took them to the room.
The room had a lovely view of the cathedral and was exceptionally clean, albeit a little small, but that’s due to the location.
The breakfast was top quality and tasty!
The spa was ok, but not worth the extra cost in my opinion, especially at a 5 star hotel.

"We loved this hotel, it was a convenient stopover on the way back to Calais. It is located across from a huge Carrefour and near other restaurants too, and the motorway. It has a lovely clean pool, great food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and the rooms were clean and perfect especially with 3 separate beds for myself and 2 teen daughters! They are landscaping the outside areas behind the pool and am sure it will be a lovely added feature. I wish we had spent more time here to enjoy it."

Particularly liked the black out blinds for sleeping and the water fill both sparkling and still. Comfortable beds. While there is parking garage below the hotel, it can be tricky to get into.
