"Overall I was disappointed with Kenilworth. They charged 5 star prices for a budget hotel service. It seems all work is done by the front office and reception. The two ladies (Alisha and Priyasha) were problem solvers. They were helpful and helped with everything down to printing the boarding pass. The business office was not functional.
Housekeeping was at its worst. I had to ask Housekeeping for the amenities. Either they did not know how to read or did not care. The toilet and tissue paper...
